Electroluminescence Cameras for Solarcell Inspection
SC4022 cooled 16bit microscopy camera
The SC4022 camera includes the Kodak KAI-4022, 2048x2048 pixel progressive-scan interline transfer sensor without the need of a mechanical shutter. The fast videomode allows for integration during frame readout. The SC4022 includes a 3-stage thermoelectrical cooler and deliver 16bit resolution images via the USB2.0 interface. A F-Mount adapter is available to connect our special NIR F-Mount lenses.

The UK1158 C-Mount mini camera includes a 2/3" format sensor. With it's resolution of 1360x1024 pixel the max. speed is upto 15 frames per second. The newest camera technology provides global shutter and is available as color- or monochrome version. The camera system includes camera, cable, mount and programmers API.
SMX-150M-E, NIR Full-Frame Shutter Camera
The SMX-150M C-Mount camera includes the newest NIR-Enhanced FillFactory IBIS5AE 2/3" format sensor (700-900nm). With it's resolution of 1240x1024 pixel the max. speed is upto 27,5 frames per second. The newest camera technology provides global shutter (snapshot mode) and rolling shutter. The camera also provides trigger inputs/outputs for synchronizing and flash activation. The camera system includes camera, cable, mount and programmers API.
