The EHD33xKMB / EHD1302KMB series is a high-performance short-wave infrared (SWIR) camera featuring a 640×512 and 1280×1024 InGaAs sensor with 15 µm square pixels, designed for applications requiring high sensitivity, speed, and stability in the 900–1700 nm wavelength range, and extended 1200–2200 nm.

Thermal Stabilization:
Built-in thermoelectric cooler (TEC) allows a temperature differential of up to 40°C below ambient, with PID temperature control ensuring thermal stability with fluctuations of less than ±0.3°C.
High-Speed Imaging:
Up to 1000 fps at full resolution (640×512) with the EHD331KMB-CL1000 variant (CameraLink interface), Up to 10,000 fps with a 128×128 ROI configuration
