EHD 2/3″ VIS-SWIR Hyper Apo Lenses Vis-SWIR Hyper Apo lenses with fully corrected focus shift 400-1700nm.
The ViSWIR Fixed Focal Length Lens Series was created for the latest Visible + SWIR Imaging Sensors. ViSWIR Lite achieves a clear and precise image visible to the SWIR range by applying a multilayer coating to absorb the specific light. The application of a multilayer coating on the metal lens parts makes it possible to minimize the negative lighting effects.

KOWA Machine Vision Lenses KOWA machine vision lenses.
Industrial image processing systems are predominantly used for the automated visual monitoring of production processes and quality inspection. Image processing applications are fast, reliable and deliver objective results. The first step in image processing is image capture. The lens is the first hardware component that captures the image. Therefore, the selection of the appropriate lens is the basis for a functioning image processing solution.

KOWA CCTV Lenses
In addition to the high resolution, it is important that motorized zoom lenses are used for long distances. Zoom, focus and iris functions are controlled via motors. In addition, there are functions such as auto-iris or auto-focus.
Since surveillance can takes place during day and night, it is important that the lenses are IR-corrected. IR-corrected zoom lenses are designed in such a way that there is no focus shift when IR illumination is used during night surveillance instead of visible light

EHD-V7X Telecentric Zoom-Lens Telezentric Zoom-Lens 0.25X to 0.5X.
The EHD-V7X is a bit of a „Swiss Army knife“ for machine vision because it bridges the gap between a standard macro zoom and a telecentric lens—two categories that usually stay in their own lanes.
Here is a breakdown of what those specifications actually mean for your application:
Dual-Function Design
The standout feature here is the hybrid nature of the optics:
Macro Zoom (0.07X – 0.5X): In this mode, it behaves like a high-quality close-up lens, allowing you to change the field of view without moving the camera.
Telecentric Mode (0.25X – 0.5X): This is the „secret sauce.“ Within this specific range, the lens becomes telecentric. This means it eliminates perspective error (parallax). If you are measuring the height of a component or looking into a deep hole, the objects won’t appear to „shrink“ as they move away from the lens.
Optical Performance & Consistency
70% Relative Illumination: One of the biggest headaches in industrial imaging is „vignetting“ (dark corners). Maintaining 70% brightness at the corners is impressive for a zoom lens, ensuring your inspection software doesn’t struggle with shadow artifacts at the edges of the frame.
Sensor Compatibility: Supporting 1/1.1″ sensors up to 5 megapixels means it can handle relatively large sensors with small pixels. It’s a great match for modern CMOS sensors like the Sony Pregius series.
Mechanical Versatility
The physical adjustments on this lens allow for a very customized setup:
Massive Working Distance (182mm – 577mm): This provides plenty of „breathing room“ between the lens and the object. This is crucial if you need to fit lighting rings, robotic grippers, or safety shielding in between.
Manual Iris (F4.3 to F32C): By stopping down the iris (moving toward F32), you increase the Depth of Field, keeping more of a 3D object in focus, though you’ll need more light to compensate.
TEC-V & TEC-M Telecentric Megapixel Lenses for 1.1", 1" or 2/3" cameras, 12MP and 5MP
Computar Telecentric High-Performance Lenses: TEC-V & TEC-M Series
Computar telecentric lenses are the ideal solution for precise measurement tasks in industrial image processing. They eliminate perspective errors and ensure that objects are imaged at the same size regardless of their distance from the lens – essential for quality assurance and automated inspection.
TEC-V Series: High resolution for large-format sensors
The TEC-V series was developed specifically for the requirements of state-of-the-art 1.1“ and 1” sensors. With a resolution of up to 12 megapixels, it is the flagship for applications that require maximum detail on large sensor areas.
Maximum precision:
Optimized for pixel sizes from 3.45 µm, ideal for high-end cameras with Sony Pregius sensors.
Versatility:
The series includes both fixed focal lengths and the unique TEC-V7X macro zoom lens, which enables flexible magnification with constant telecentric imaging.
Light intensity & contrast:
Thanks to its high-quality optical design, the TEC-V series from Computar offers excellent light efficiency and minimizes edge shading (vignetting).
TEC-M series: Compact precision for 2/3″ sensors
The TEC-M series is the industry standard for the classic 2/3″ sensor size. It combines a compact design with impressive optical performance of up to 5 megapixels.
Low distortion:
With distortion of almost 0% (less than 0.1% in many models), this series enables highly accurate measurements right into the corners of the image.
Compact design:
Thanks to its slim design, the TEC-M series (via CCTV.net) can be easily integrated into systems with limited installation space.
Optional coaxial illumination:
Many models are available as “MPC” variants with an integrated beam splitter for coaxial illumination, ideal for inspecting highly reflective surfaces such as wafers or metal parts.
